TETRIS series active probe (FET probe)

TETRIS Active Probe will be able to contact in parallel to the pins of 2.54mm pitch in close proximity. The housing of this probe is T-shaped, and the probes can be stacked without restriction by stacking them one after another. In this way, multiple measurements can be performed simultaneously.

The TETRIS active probe was produced as an independent measurement system by a probe manufacturer for oscilloscopes. The small form factor and convenient accessories simplify your measurement tasks. Not only does it fit tightly in tight spaces, but it can also contact very small test points and vias.
■High input impedance in the frequency band DC up to 2.5 GHz
With an input resistance of 1 MΩ and an input capacitance of 0.9 pF, TETRIS is suitable for measuring all frequency ranges. All 3 models cover the band from DC to 2.5 GHz.
The ground plane and the use of copper pads allow the GND connection to be kept as short as possible for measurements close to the true value on the IC.
